Generally c1010070 implies that the programmer created a new project and then clicked File->New->Source File, modified the new source file, saved everything and then proceeded to Build Solution. if it did mark it as an answer. The safe way to add new source files is to right-click on the project in Solution Explorer and choose Add New Item.
