Dreamweaver wont connect to my remote server, even though I have no problem connecting with Filezilla and can 'put' files without any issues. The Firewall is set to "on" on both devices. I've never seen a situation in which DW verified that it could connect to the remote host but, on upload, was unable to connect. I have changed my password even to see if I was typing it wrong and still nothing. Adding the colon and the port made DW CS3 immediately connect! Let's say your username is xyz444. Some great posts there. (And I corrected the misplaced slash in my example table. So not it has to figure out again what this previous FTP server wants to see.
