Please note that many routers will intercept FTP commands and change them to try and help with the connection.

I can create folders OK, can download, rename and delete files, but cannot upload no matter what I do. Odd. I can open the site and download files no problem, but no way to upload them without getting the invalid handle error. I also have XP Pro, so I went through my own registry and copied ALL references for my EXE extension and posted into a larger reg file. This is the simplest scenario that MS presented to dell this joke of OS. Could be file association problem.
