Possible Cause(s)Some applications, such as Corel WordPerfect 7, MS Word 95, and Excel 95, need a blank file stored in the C:/WINDOWS/SHELLNEW directory. Action(s)Make sure the user has the necessary network rights to access the directories or files in the post office. All of our archive locations are locked by default. I haven't seen this error in a long time, but it used to be caused by an incorrect (hence the 8201 error) path to remote database being stored in the registery.
Possible Cause(s)The user's network connection to the post office has been lost. If that limit is exceeded, the user cannot write files into the WPCSIN directory.
