If the environment variable isn't set there then restarting won't help. (besides the fact that if it is set then you don't need to restart, you just need to start a Move it to C:\ and try again. The problem is that both Mingw and Cygwin have g++. how can you tell if the engine is not brand new? Then look in the Result column and anything that is not a SUCCESS check it out. If I'm not mistaken, your MinGW directory should be just "C:\MinGW-w64" What IDE are you using?
